Open Generate, write what you want to see, choose Video and a shape, and press Generate. It lands in your library when it is done. To make a batch in one go, open Formats. To post it, add it to an account’s schedule.

In Settings, under Connections. You need an account only to post: generating runs on Mutator’s own providers and needs nothing connected. A run that stops for a missing account stops before it starts, so nothing was made and nothing was charged.

Yes. Every new account gets 100 free credits once its email is confirmed, at once when you sign up with Google or GitHub, and no card is needed to use them. That is five short videos or a hundred pictures, and nothing is posted until you schedule it.

A video is made in one pass, in parts of up to fifteen seconds, so it takes minutes rather than seconds. It shows as generating in your gallery until it is done, and a format’s run page shows which step it is on. You can close the tab: it carries on without you.

The shots are made as one generation, so changing a shot’s words or length makes the video again and costs what the video cost. Captions and pictures are added afterwards in the app, so editing those re-cuts what exists and costs nothing.

Make the person once under References, in Characters, then pick them. Every clip that names them keeps the face, the body and the voice. Products and places you want to reuse live in References.

Open the run. It names the step that failed and what went wrong. Credits are only held once a generation starts, so a run that stopped before that was not charged. Fix what it names and run it again.

Runs never publish. What a run makes goes to your library, and it is posted only once you add it to an account’s schedule, which fills up to 14 days ahead.

TikTok, Instagram (Reels, pictures and carousels, from a Business or Creator account) and YouTube, where videos go up as Shorts.

You do, or somebody on your team. A run publishes nothing at all: what it makes goes to your library, and it is a post only once somebody has picked the file, the account and the time. That choice is recorded against the person who made it.

Schedules run in your workspace timezone, not the server’s. Set it in Settings and every schedule follows. Nine in Berlin stays nine in Berlin in July and in January.

A trial ended or a payment failed. Nothing is lost. Pick a plan on the billing page and the same flows start again.

Generating. A picture is 1 credit and a silent five-second video 20; sound is optional and costs more. New accounts start with 100 free, a plan adds its credits each month, which last until the month ends, and packs top you up in between. Publishing, scheduling and analytics cost nothing.

Two things. Every new account gets 100 free credits, no card needed. And the Growth trial gives you Growth’s features for 7 days: it starts when you add a card, and nothing is charged during it.

On the billing page, in one button. You keep everything until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is deleted when it ends.

Check spam first. Failure emails can be switched off per person in Settings, under Notifications. Sign-up, password and billing emails always go out.

Both are in Settings and neither needs us. Export a workspace as a readable file, delete a workspace, or delete your account. Deletion is permanent.
