Times belong to your timezone
A schedule runs in the zone you set, not the server's.

Know what the clocks do
Twice a year a time either does not exist or happens twice.
Mutator runs it once either way. Slightly later in spring, on the first in autumn.

A missed slot is skipped
If a run is more than ten minutes late it is dropped, not caught up.

Change the rhythm rarely
Give any cadence eight weeks before you judge it.
Changing it monthly means you are always measuring the change.
Consistency is the only timing advice that survives contact with a real week.
Pick something small and boring, then keep it.
