Automate a faceless YouTube channel
You never show your face. The channel still wants a video most days.

Pick one subject
Faceless channels run on repetition.
One subject. One look. One posting time.
Pick the subject first. The rest follows from it.
TipIf you cannot say what the channel is about in six words, it is too broad.
Pick a format, not an idea
A format is the shape of the video, not its topic.
Hook, then the thing, then a line at the end.
Choose one and keep it for a month. Ideas change. The shape should not.
TipWatching the same shape twice is what makes somebody stop scrolling on the third.
Make the first one
Generating a clip costs 20 credits. An image costs 1.
Make two or three. Keep the one you would actually watch.
TipThe first one is usually the worst. Budget for that.
Watch it before anyone else does
